These are the 4 elements that are essential for survival. They provide sources of electrons (which carry energy) or have the ability to move electrons to drive energy flow. A healthy environment is one that offers these elements in abundance in order to maintain energy flow for optimal health and wellness.

These are toxins that deplete and prevent us from assimilating the 4 essential elements. Chronic exposure to these stressors will prevent adequate energy flow for good health and ultimately lead to diseases.
